We have several horses for lease or half-lease. Do you want to trail ride? Ride western or English, or both? We have amazing and willing horses waiting to make a new rider friend!

A full lease:  $350 per month board for the horse, plus de-worming, farrier, and veterinary expenses, gives the leasee full and sole riding access to the horse with the complete financial responsibility for the horse.   

A half-lease:  $225 per month gives the leasee part-time access to the horse and includes the use of our schooling and lesson riding equipment, de-worming, farrier, and annual inocculations.

(Quarter leases are also considered.)

What are the benefits of leasing or half leasing a horse, as opposed to owning a horse outright?

• A rider is able to enjoy a horse without the initial outlay of money it is to purchase a horse. 
• When a rider advances beyond the level, age, or size of the horse, they do not have a horse they have to sell in order to upgrade.
• When you must move on from a horse you grow to love, you don't have to wonder where it goes after you. You can always come back and visit!
• If you think you want a horse but are not quite sure about committing to buying one, leasing or half-leasing a horse is an excellent option!
• If your high schooler just needs a horse to ride on an equestrian team for 12 weeks... THIS is perfect!!
